I am a Social Entrepreneur
When I was 10 I wanted to be a teacher
I work as a Founder at Science Expo Youth Empowerment Group
I am proud of bringing together a talented team that has become my second family to help push Science Expo beyond my ambition. Science Expo started as a local 2-hour event in my high school and is now a national NPO that has reached tens of thousands of high school students.
The biggest obstacle I have faced was to take the path less traveled. While my friends and peers were all getting high salary prestigious jobs, I chose to be an entrepreneur.
My advice to women is do what makes you happy – any reasons to do otherwise are just excuses you’ll regret later.
